Old-Fashioned Cocoa Custard recipe

(Ready in about 10 minutes | Servings 4)   
2 cups milk
2 whole eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup water   
Start by scalding the milk; then, allow the milk to
slightly cool.
Add the eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla
to a mixing bowl; stir to combine well.

Pour the mixture into 4 custard cups; cover cups with
an aluminum foil.
Add water to your cooker’s base; now put trivet and
steamer basket into the cooker.
Place prepared custard cups
in the steamer basket.

Lock the lid in place; cook for 3 minutes on
HIGH pressure.
Let the pressure drop using the quick-release method.

Serve chilled.
