Quinoa Pudding with Walnuts recipe



(Ready in about 10 minutes | Servings 6)  
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups water
1 ½ cups quinoa
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, preferably freshly grated
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Chopped walnuts, toasted   
Directions:
Add the water, quinoa, agave nectar, vanilla, nutmeg,
and cinnamon powder to the pressure cooking pot.
Select HIGH pressure and cook for 5 minutes.

Next, turn your cooker off; use a Quick Pressure Release
to release pressure.

Fluff the quinoa and serve warm with the toasted walnuts.
