Honey Glazed Chicken

Ingredients and Quantity :
Cooking spray  
1 onion, sliced thinly  
3 potatoes, sliced  
4 carrots, sliced  
1 tsp. salt, divided  
1/2 tsp. pepper, divided  
4 chicken thighs  
2 tsp. olive oil  
2 tbsp. honey  
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 sprigs fresh thyme  

Direction :
1- Spray oil onto your pot.  
2- Put onion, potatoes and carrots inside the slow cooker.  
3- Season with half of the salt and pepper.  
4- Rub remaining salt and pepper onto the chicken thighs.  
5- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.   
6- Cook the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.   
7- Put it in the slow cooker.   
8- Mix the honey and vinegar in a bowl.
9- Pour over the chicken thighs. Put the thyme on top.                   
10- Place the lid on the pot and cook on high for 4 hours.                   
11- Transfer the chicken to a serving platter.                   

12- Reduce the cooking liquid to half in a skillet and drizzle over
the chicken before serving. Enjoy!
