Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients and Quantity :
1 1/2 cups chicken broth  
2 garlic cloves  
1 small onion, quartered  
2 whole celery stalk  
2 whole carrots  
2 pounds chicken boneless and skinless  
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 to 2/3 cup store-bought sauce  
2 tbsp. butter  


Direction :
1- To a slow cooker, add the chicken breasts, whole garlic cloves, onions, whole carrots, the celery ribs, whole garlic and chicken broth. Use the salt and pepper to season.  
2- Set your cooker on high heat and cook for 4 hours.  
3- Discard everything except the 1/3 cup of cooking liquid and the veggies.  
4- Use a fork to shred the chicken into small pieces.  

5- If you wish to use the buffalo sauce and butter, add it in then let it cook for an extra 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
