Honey Orange Chicken

Ingredients and Quantity :
3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce  
1 tbsp. rice vinegar  
1 cup honey  
2 tbsp. freshly squeezed orange juice  
2 tsp. orange zest  
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced  
3 garlic cloves, minced  
1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed
Cooking spray  
12 chicken drumstick, skinless  
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped  
2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted  

Direction :
1- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, orange juice, orange zest, ginger, garlic and red pepper.  
2- Coat the pot with cooking spray.  
3- Put in the chicken drumsticks.  
4- Pour the sauce over the chicken. Toss to coat.   
5- Put the lid on and cook for 2 to 3 hours on high.   
6- Transfer the chicken to a serving platter.   
7- Transfer the liquid from the pot into a skillet.   
8- Boil until liquid is reduced to half.   
9- Pour over the chicken on the serving platter.                   

10- Serve with cilantro and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Enjoy!
