Apple and Cherry Delight recipe

(Ready in about 20 minutes | Servings 2)   

Non-stick cooking spray
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup dried cherries
1 teaspoon apple pie spice blend
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 apples, sliced
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups water
Drizzle a baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray.
Combine granulated sugar, bread crumbs, dried cherries,
apple pie spice, orange juice, vanilla, and almond extract.

In the baking dish, alternate layers of apples and crumb
Pour melted butter over the layers in the baking dish;
cover the dish with an aluminum foil.

Prepare the pressure cooker by adding the water to
the cooker’s base; place a metal rack. Place the baking
dish in the cooker.

Cook for 15 minutes under HIGH pressure. Serve.
