Amazing Pumpkin Pie recipe

(Ready in about 1 hour | Servings 6)   

1 ½ cups pumpkin, sliced
1 cup of sugar
1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
2 large-sized eggs
Place water, trivet, and steamer basket in your pressure
cooker. To make the pumpkin puree: Place the pumpkin
slices on the steamer basket. Cover and bring to pressure.

Cook for about 4 minutes on HIGH pressure.
Then, perform a quick release method.

Mash the pumpkin and transfer it to a large-sized bowl.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.

Add the remaining
ingredients to the bowl; beat until the mixture is uniform
and smooth.

Pour the batter into a lined pie pan.
Bake for about 10 minutes.
Now lower the heat to 300 degrees F, and bake for about
45 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
